Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an En try-Level Estimator to join our team and support the estimation and project management process for our clients. Responsibilities:

Assist senior estimators in analyzing project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate material takeoff estimates for construction projects. Engage with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather pricing, material availability, and project details. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication. Utilize CRM software to track job bids, estimates, and takeoffs, ensuring that records remain up-to-date and easily accessible. Perform quantity takeoffs manually and using digital takeoff software to determine material requirements. Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments to achieve shared goals and ensure seamless project execution. Provide administrative support to the estimating team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with proposal submissions. Work closely with outside sales staff to support customer takeoffs and requests, ensuring timely and accurate information. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Skilled in material takeoffs (manual and digital), interpreting construction drawings/specs, and using estimating software and CRM tools Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); highly organized with strong attention to detail for tracking bids and estimates Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients; excellent written and verbal abilities Effective multitasker with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment About Superior Product Distributors, Inc.
