Requirements :

Proficiency in Microsoft office. Proficiency in Bluebeam or Plan swift. Familiar with photocopying and scanning. Must be highly motivated and organized. Must have email and telephone etiquette. High School Degree, GED, or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities :

Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service Creating labor estimates for any project Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors Managing bids from vendors and contractors Using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis Presenting prepared estimates to management Compiling and recording actual costs Assist in managing our day-to-day job submit tal requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important. Requires a skilled multi-tasker that is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Computer skills are a must, preferred experience in shop drawings by using architectural plans and manufactures standard details Quote materials and regularly converse with manufacturers sales reps. Communicate with GC's Project Manager/Engineer to complete submit tals in a timely manner. Keeping track of and reporting on project progress Order materials for job sites as per requirement Any other task assigned to help the team Ensures all jobs are submitted in a timely manner.
