full-time About the Company We are seeking a hands-on Senior Estimator to join an established commercial general contractor. This is an opportunity for an estimator who enjoys being involved in the detail of projects rather than relying on a large estimating team. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Estimator who will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for commercial construction projects, typically $15M-$20M. Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates for commercial construction projects, typically $15M-$20M. Review plans, specifications, scopes and subcontractor proposals. Lead the bidding and preconstruction process from initial pricing through final estimate. Develop and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships. Assist with value engineering, scope review and cost analysis. Work closely with project management and operations teams. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial estimating experience. Required Skills Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and pricing. Experience with multifamily, hospitality, medical office or general commercial projects preferred. Strong understanding of masonry, block and plank and precast construction. Must be self-sufficient, hands-on and comfortable working independently. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
