Job Description:

Fortiva are delighted to be partnering with an established client in Miami, FL to recruit a RICS-accredited Cost Manager. The organisation is a well-known global Owner's Representative firm, seeking a commercially focused professional to support the delivery of high-end residential and retail projects across the US. This role offers the opportunity to work on design-led, high-value developments, with Caribbean projects managed out of the Miami office. We welcome applications from across the US, as well as UK-based Cost professionals open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver full pre- and post-contract cost management services Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets, and financial reports Manage procurement, contractor bid analysis, and commercial negotiations Oversee change control, variations, and value engineering Act as a client-facing commercial lead, ensuring cost certainty throughout the project lifecycle

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years' experience in cost management / quantity surveying Experience delivering high-end residential and/or retail projects RICS accredited or in the final stages of chartership (essential) Background within an Owner's Representative, consultancy, or cost management environment preferred Strong client-facing, commercial, and communication skills Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
