$75,000-$100,000 per year, based on experience About the Role We are hiring an experienced Fire Sprinkler Estimator to prepare accurate bids for commercial fire sprinkler installation and renovation projects across South Florida. We are specifically looking for someone who can independently prepare sprinkler bids , complete takeoffs, calculate labor and material costs, and communicate with contractors throughout the bidding process. What You'll Do Review construction plans, specifications, and bid invitations . Prepare fire sprinkler installation and renovation estimates . Complete material takeoffs and labor estimates . Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing. Prepare bid proposals, scopes, exclusions, and qualifications . Follow up with general contractors and customers . Manage multiple bids and project deadlines. Coordinate awarded projects with operations teams. Must-Have Fire sprinkler estimating experience required. Independent experience preparing sprinkler project bids. Experience with installation or renovation projects . Ability to read construction plans and specifications . Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and materials . Experience with material takeoffs and cost estimating . Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work on-site in Dania Beach, FL . Nice to Have Commercial fire protection experience. Fire pump or underground fire line experience. Standpipe or retrofit project experience. Tenant improvement estimating experience.
