This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead electrical project estimations and oversee project execution from inception to completion. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality electrical solutions by accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and passionate about construction and electrical systems, ready to drive projects forward with precision and enthusiasm. Duties Prepare comprehensive electrical project estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, ensuring accuracy in pricing and cost control. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop detailed scope of work and pricing strategies aligned with client requirements. Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion within scope and financial targets. Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations. Coordinate with construction management teams to facilitate seamless project execution, including procurement, scheduling, and change order management. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, reporting on milestones, cost control measures, and potential risks or delays. Skills Extensive experience in construction estimating with a focus on electrical systems and projects. Proficiency in industry software such as HeavyBid for estimating and Bluebeam for plan review and markup. Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. In-depth knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code), construction management principles, and contract administration. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Solid understanding of construction site operations combined with electrical experience to oversee safety compliance and quality standards.
