task order estimates ($20K-$150K, fast turn) and project-scale VA/Air Force bids (to seven figures). Takeoff, sub solicitation and leveling, scope-gap identification, buyout support. Our estimating rules and unit-cost structure already exist - you run them, you don't build them.

Requirements:

15+ years commercial/federal estimating federal agency experience (USACE, NAVFAC, AF, or VA) CSI Div 5-9 digital takeoff located in the Florida Panhandle valid driver's license able to pass background check and obtain base/VA access no conflicting engagement with a Panhandle federal competitor.
