Position Summary At Advance Air Systems , the HVAC Sales Estimator plays a key role in driving growth by turning opportunities into winning projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate, professional HVAC estimates and bid proposals with strong attention to detail Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop cost‑effective HVAC solutions Work directly with customers to understand project needs and provide consultative recommendations Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and HVAC subcontractors Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions as needed Conduct site walks and participate in sales presentations when required Maintain estimating logs, pricing data, and unit costs for all projects Collaborate with internal teams to align estimates with production and installation requirements Present weekly internal sales and estimating activity reports Achieve quarterly goals for bids submitted and projects awarded Actively participate in networking and business development activities Support and mentor newer estimators and sales team members Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Education Associate degree (Preferred) Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC Sales and Estimating 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC (Preferred) Skills & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall Ability to lift 100 LBS or more Successful Pre-Employment Drug Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements Full time onsite Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
