Responsibilities Develop comprehensive construction estimates by reviewing project requirements, specifications, and bid documents with enthusiasm and precision. Conduct thorough site visits to gather on-the-ground insights, ensuring estimates account for real-world conditions and challenges. Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to negotiate costs, scope of work, and contractual terms that benefit all parties. Prepare detailed pricing strategies for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services while maintaining transparency throughout the process. Monitor project budgets during bidding phases to ensure cost control measures are integrated from the outset.
