Job Description
Sales Associate for custom swimming pool builder Almar Pools, Inc. was established 1972. In recent years, Almar Jackson Pools has received over a dozen awards for design, technical expertise, and renovation work, and is one of the leading builders in South Florida.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Associate to join our team and assist customers with new swimming pool construction and pool renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be comfortable guiding customers through the pool design and material selection process. Sales Associate Assist customers with new pool construction and renovation projects Meet with customers and help guide them through material, tile, coping, finish, and equipment selections Follow up with leads, customers, estimates, and ongoing projects Assist with pool design, layouts, and project presentations Create and modify pool drawings and designs Communicate with customers throughout the sales and selection process Help prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation Maintain accurate customer and project information Work closely with the sales and construction teams to ensure projects meet customer expectationsSales Associate Qualifications Include:
Ability to read land surveys, plans, and blueprints Must have some knowledge of basic pool construction Honest and reliable Able to cover territory from Martin to Palm Beach counties Product Knowledge Proven sales and customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple customers and projects Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to understand and explain construction and design concepts CAD, Pool Studio, Google SketchUp, or similar design software experience is a plus Pool industry, construction, remodeling, or design experience is preferredSales Associate Benefits:
