Install Millwork Estimator

Description Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, seeks a full-time Install Millwork Estimator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Quantify quantities of millwork, doors, windows, and siding from electronic plans Assign install values congruent with established installer costs, plan eccentricities, geographic region, and desired job margins Input install labor quotes into Bistrack and forward to sales and customers as required Perform material takeoffs, including millwork, lumber, siding, and slab steel Perform all other duties as assigned

Experience Required:

High school diploma Two years of experience in residential construction estimating An addition of three years of experience may be substituted for the high school diploma

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Ability to read blueprints, including Windows sizes Door sizes and handing Stair treads/risers/handrails Siding, including trim elements Computer knowledge, including
