• Sales Representative/Estimator Located in Ocala, FL Job description In-Home Sales & Estimating Representative Central Florida Area We are seeking a motivated Sales & Estimating Representative to meet with homeowners, take accurate measurements, prepare estimates, and sell custom outdoor home improvement solutions.

This is a field-based position with company-provided leads and pre-scheduled appointments. No cold calling, prospecting, or door knocking required. Your focus will be meeting with qualified homeowners, performing accurate measurements, providing estimates, and closing sales.

CompensationTraining Period:

Week 1 (ride-along/shadowing): $20/hour First 1-2 months: $25/hour

After Training:

$600/week base pay Uncapped commission On-target earnings of $75,000+ OTE $75,000-$110,000+

What You'll Do:

Meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments Evaluate outdoor living spaces and customer needs Take precise field measurements using a tape measure and basic measuring tools Calculate accurate estimates and proposals Present solutions and pricing options Close sales and secure signed agreements Document measurements and project details for installation teams Manage your daily schedule, follow up with customers, and maintain professional communication

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is comfortable with both sales and technical estimating .

Required Skills:

Customer service and communication abilities Ability to accurately read a tape measure Comfortable working with fractions and basic measurements Attention to detail Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license for required travel and must have transportation

Preferred Experience:

Outside sales, in-home sales, or estimating experience Construction, remodeling, home improvement, roofing, flooring, window, door, garage door, screen, awning, pool, or related industry experience Experience taking field measurements and creating customer quotes Experience using CRM or estimating software
