Track and document estimates within QuickBooks. Populate invoices within Quickbooks Read and Access construction plans from customers. Operate and document material counts and dimensions using PlanSwift (Takeoff Software). Use and maintain excel formulas to calculate material prices based on finishes. Use AutoCAD to draw & design architectural foam shapes for commercial and residential projects. Use Planswift (Takeoff software) to identify, count quantities, measure area; price architectural foam shapes and precast concrete. For commercial and residential construction projects.
