Job Description

Solution Provider Lapin Services is hiring a Solution Provider to meet with customers, evaluate service and project needs, present solutions, follow up on proposals, and help convert qualified opportunities into sold work. This role supports residential, commercial, property management, restaurant, contractor, and GC-related opportunities across septic, sewer, drainfield, plumbing, grease trap, lift station, stormwater, underground utility, and construction-related work. We are looking for someone who is professional, sales-minded, organized, technically curious, comfortable using AI-supported tools, and able to learn ServiceTitan and other software quickly. This person must be able to communicate clearly with customers, follow up consistently, and work closely with service, construction, estimating, dispatch, and management. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners, property managers, restaurants, commercial customers, contractors, and GCs to understand service needs, system issues, project goals, timelines, and budget considerations. Evaluate customer concerns and help identify appropriate service, repair, replacement, maintenance, or construction-related solutions. Present options clearly and professionally without overpromising scope, schedule, pricing, or technical outcomes. Follow up consistently on open estimates, proposals, inspections, and sales opportunities. Use ServiceTitan and company systems to track leads, estimates, follow-ups, sold work, lost opportunities, and customer notes. Coordinate with service, construction, estimating, dispatch, and management to keep opportunities moving. Maintain and develop productive relationships with repeat customers, property managers, restaurants, contractors, GCs, and commercial accounts. Use technology, templates, reporting, and AI-supported tools to improve follow-up, customer communication, proposal quality, and sales consistency.
What We're Looking For Required:
3+ years of sales, estimating, service advising, project coordination, customer consultation, field service, construction, home services, or related experience. Strong customer communication skills with the ability to explain options clearly and professionally. Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple open opportunities. Comfortable using AI-supported tools and modern software to improve follow-up, customer communication, and organization. Ability to learn ServiceTitan and other software systems quickly and accurately. Comfortable using software, CRM systems, tablets, mobile apps, email, and digital communication tools. Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Preferred:
Experience in septic, sewer, plumbing, underground utilities, stormwater, construction, drainfield, grease trap, lift station, restaurants, property management, facilities, or related field-service industries. Experience selling service work, repairs, replacements, inspections, maintenance agreements, or construction projects. Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software. Experience with proposal follow-up, estimate tracking, lead management, or CRM-based sales processes. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. Compensation Expected annual compensation is approximately $65,000 to $110,000 based on experience, sales performance, and closed revenue. This role includes base pay plus commission/performance-based incentives, with uncapped earning potential for strong performance.

Location Location:

Schedule Schedule:
Full-time, on-site and field-based position. Standard operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some responsiveness outside normal hours may be needed for established customer, contractor, GC, property management, restaurant, or commercial relationships.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
