This is a commission only sales position where you drive to painting estimates that get booked in your calendar by the marketing team. You get paid 8% of sales, which is around 30% of the profit, and we've got strong enough marketing to keep your calendar filled with 15 to 20 appointments a week. So realistically if you're closing 25% of them, at a $6,600 average job size (which is around our average), you can make $2,300 a week, basically $9,200 a month. And if you self-generate a few appointments on the side, those numbers go higher. Generally I'd say $70K

• 150K a year is fair.

• A car and a valid driver's license
• General painting and construction experience
