Junior Estimator

We're partnering with a growing organization in Pinellas Park to add a Junior Estimator to support its Estimating team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working behind the scenes, supporting multiple stakeholders, and learning how projects and service estimates come together. Training is provided, including a structured onboarding that walks through the process from start to finish.

What You'll DoProvide administrative and analytical support to the Estimating teamAssist with gathering cost information and preparing service and project estimatesAssign and manage jobs for estimators using NetSuite, based on location and workloadWork from a shared queue system with a collaborative estimating teamEnter orders and update data in the system as neededCommunicate with vendors, field technicians, regional managers, and internal sales teams to support service requestsResearch manufacturer pricing, confirm margins, and coordinate follow-up as neededMaintain organized and accurate documentation throughout the estimating process
