The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and helping drive the continued growth of our company. This individual should possess strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to identify and develop new sales strategies and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and grow new customer leads within the sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing industries Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects Generate RFQs and work closely with management on quoting opportunities Develop new sales strategies, lead sources, and market opportunities Conduct outside sales visits and customer presentations Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction Help expand Custom Precision Technologies' market presence and brand awareness

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sheet metal fabrication, machining, manufacturing, or industrial sales preferred Strong understanding of fabrication processes and manufacturing capabilities Proven ability to generate new business and close sales opportunities Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Existing industry relationships are a plus
