We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing electrical contracting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with electrical construction experience who is ready to grow their career in estimating, project management, and commercial electrical construction .

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Estimating Review electrical plans, specifications, and bid documents Assist with material and labor takeoffs Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages Obtain and compare material and subcontractor pricing Assist with change order pricing and documentation Communicate with vendors, suppliers, general contractors, and customers Maintain accurate estimating and project records Project Management Assist with managing electrical construction projects from start to completion Review project plans, schedules, and scopes of work Coordinate materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors Track project progress, costs, and schedules Assist with purchase orders and material procurement Prepare and track change orders Communicate with field personnel, customers, vendors, and general contractors Attend project meetings as needed Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Maintain organized project files and documentation Assist with closeout documentation and final project billing

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in commercial electrical construction preferred Electrical estimating or project coordination experience preferred Ability to read and understand electrical plans and blueprints Strong understanding of electrical construction practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Construction software experience is a plus Electrical field experience is a plus Valid driver's license required
