You will combine your analytical skills with your sales expertise to estimate project costs, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism and care while driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities and Duties Estimate jobs, perform take-offs, write proposals, communicate with business owners or property managers Write picking list, order materials, arrange for permits Interpret job specifications and contract drawings and estimate materials needed Generate and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors and other local avenues of business Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience in all Low Slope and Steep Slope Roofing Systems The candidate should be able to read drawings and spec books in order to perform take-offs, write estimates and proposals The candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Pass background check and Pre-employment drug screen Must be able to climb ladder safely, access various roof types (flat, low-slope, steep/inclined), and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
