We want someone who can help drive revenue, improve the customer experience, and become a key player in the future growth of the business. What You'll Do Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their needs Perform site visits and assess repairs, maintenance, and improvement opportunities Create clear, professional estimates and scopes of work Present solutions that fit the customer's goals and budget Follow up on estimates and help close sold work Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients Work closely with office staff, technicians, and leadership to keep projects moving Identify larger project opportunities and repeat business Maintain strong communication, documentation, and organization throughout the sales process What We're Looking For Experience in sales, estimating, project scoping, construction, handyman services, remodeling, or property maintenance Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to build trust quickly and confidently ask for the sale Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable walking jobs, taking measurements, photos, and documenting scope Strong follow-up habits and a sense of urgency Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus Background in home services, construction, remodeling, restoration, or facilities maintenance Experience working with both residential and commercial clients Understanding of job costing, labor, materials, and estimate preparation Compensation & Opportunity $48,000 annual base salary Very strong commission structure High earning potential for the right person Opportunity to grow into a larger role within the company Room for advancement within the leadership team Why Join Mr. Handyman?
