Job Description

Seeking Estimator for a full-service land acquisition & development company located in Homer, Ga. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. The estimator works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure budgets are realistic and competitive while maintaining company profit margins.
