• Full-time At Uni-Structures, we design, manufacture, and install custom drive-thru canopies and architectural branding solutions for some of the most recognizable brands in the country.

We're looking for an experienced Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to turn complex project details into accurate, profitable estimates. If you have a strong background in construction estimating, pricing strategy, and cost analysis—and enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, design, and production teams—we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Review construction documents, blueprints, and architectural drawings to complete detailed take-offs Prepare accurate project estimates for materials, labor, freight, and installation costs Create and manage estimates using ERP systems, and other internal tools Develop and maintain standardized pricing templates and tools Audit pricing regularly based on changes in material costs, labor rates, and freight expenses Identify opportunities to improve margins and reduce costs Verify item pricing and maintain accurate data in ERP systems Partner closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Account Management teams during quoting and pre-bid stages Analyze historical costs and trends to improve future pricing strategies Support budgeting and forecasting efforts Lead cost-saving initiatives with procurement and production teams

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction, manufacturing, or architectural fabrication
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and architectural drawings
• Experience with ERP systems and estimating software
• Knowledge of material costing (steel, aluminum, fasteners, freight, etc.)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in QSR, architectural products, or unitized fabrication Experience standardizing pricing in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment Familiarity with ISO standards or cost auditing principles Why Uni-Structures?
