Full-Time | Non-Exempt The Schebler Company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales - Project Estimator to join our Chimney Systems team. This role is responsible for developing accurate project quotations based on customer specifications, engineering drawings, and system requirements. The ideal candidate enjoys working with technical information, solving problems, and supporting customers throughout the quoting and estimating process.
Responsibilities Include:
Reviewing engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to develop project estimates and quotations Preparing detailed project quotes using estimating and design software Communicating with customers regarding project requirements, lead times, and quote revisions Collaborating with customers and internal teams to gather information and ensure quote accuracy Updating quotations based on revised drawings, addendums, and pricing changes Supporting the sales process with technical and product-related information Maintaining organized records of quotes, revisions, and customer communications
Qualifications:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of related sales, estimating, design, or construction-related experience required Experience reading technical drawings and specifications preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Inventor, or estimating software preferred Why Schebler?
