About the Role We are seeking an Estimator & Project Manager to price and manage projects from initial bid through final walkthrough. Work covers residential new builds, light commercial projects, and remodels throughout the Quad Cities. No plumbing license required —we value practical trade knowledge and accurate takeoff skills.

Key Responsibilities Estimating:

Perform digital and on-site material/labor takeoffs from blueprints; source vendor pricing and assemble competitive bid proposals.

Project Oversight:

Coordinate material deliveries, schedule field crews, and track job budgets from start to completion.

Client & Field Coordination:

Serve as primary contact for general contractors and homeowners; manage change orders and schedule inspections. Requirements 2+ years of plumbing estimating, project management, or hands-on field installation experience. Strong ability to read residential and commercial MEP blueprints. Familiarity with standard plumbing materials, drainage/venting basics, and digital takeoff tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or Excel). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. #IND1
