This is a full-time role supporting all divisions, including Delaware, Virginia, Nashville, and Idaho, with responsibilities that include: Complete budget preparation for projects including material and labor cost Take-off/estimates for projects Job scheduling, coordination, and execution including, but not limited to Purchase orders Bills of material Sub-contracts Interface with the Construction Managers Requirements Associate's Degree or equivalent experience minimum of 2 years' experience in estimating or residential construction Preferred Requirements Excellent negotiating skills Excellent math skills Computer proficiency Experience with computer-aided estimating software Excel proficiency Extremely detailed oriented
