Meridian, ID Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $90,000 a year 4 hours ago Benefits Fuel card Company truck Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Cell phone reimbursement Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Managing projects Full Job Description Responsibilities Manage Multi family, commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and specialty construction projects from award through closeout. Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment. Review contracts, drawings, and specifications. Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability. Work closely with estimators, superintendents, foremen, suppliers, and general contractors. Conduct project meetings and maintain strong customer relationships. Communicate daily with field crews in both English and Spanish. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing preferred). Previous project management experience in commercial construction. Drywall, metal framing, or related interior systems experience strongly preferred. Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
