Prepare accurate estimates and proposals. Understand residential construction practices, building codes, and permit requirements. Build relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up with leads by phone and email. Prospect, present solutions, negotiate, and close sales. Communicate project scope with project managers and field crews. Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish.We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has 1+ year of construction experience . Knows residential construction and building codes. Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Has strong communication, math, and computer skills. Enjoys talking with people and building relationships. Is confident, motivated, and comfortable asking for the sale. Is willing to do what it takes to help the team succeed.
