We handle marketing, appointment sourcing, concept renders and professional proposal support. You meet homeowners, develop and price the scope, close the sale, and complete the work with your crew or established subcontractor team. This opportunity is for contractors who can both sell and deliver kitchen projects. You must have time for homeowner consultations, estimating, follow-up and project management throughout the week.
How the arrangement works:
Homeowners request kitchen-remodeling estimates through our marketing, and we coordinate appointments based on your service area and availability. You speak with the homeowner, visit the property, confirm the scope and budget, and collect measurements and photos. We prepare concept renders to support the proposal. You use our estimating software to define the work and enter your pricing. We review the estimate and prepare a professional proposal for you to present. You walk the homeowner through the proposal, answer questions, follow up by phone and text, and close the project. The homeowner contracts with and pays your business directly. You manage the crew and deliver the agreed work. You pay Lakefront a commission on collected project revenue according to the payment terms established before your first appointment. Homeowners may be comparing several estimates. Strong communication, thoughtful recommendations and consistent follow-up are essential to winning their business.
We are looking for:
Demonstrated kitchen-remodeling experience and examples of completed projects. Experience personally selling and pricing residential remodeling projects. An established crew or dependable subcontractor network. Reliable transportation and availability for appointments in the agreed Chicagoland service area. Clear, prompt communication and willingness to keep estimates and customer follow-ups updated in our software. References and the insurance and credentials appropriate for the work you undertake. Shortlisted applicants will have a phone interview and project review. Before any appointments begin, we will agree the commission terms, responsibilities, launch timing and a small initial trial. Further appointment volume will depend on available demand, sales results, communication and your delivery capacity.
Pay:
