Description Established in 1986, United States Alliance Fire Protection, Inc. (USAFP) is a financially strong contractor dedicated to saving lives and property through the life-safety systems we install and service. Job Responsibilities Put together comprehensive estimates for our sales/business development team Come up with the most economical design/layout Advise on inconsistencies and inaccurate layouts on bid documents Prioritize proposal activities and time frame to get proposals completed and on time Communicate with the authority having jurisdiction and research individual city/town requirements to identify proper proposal requirements Review bidding documents provided by GC/owner Job Qualifications Good communication skills, both oral and written Must have good interpersonal skills Experience construction processes Proven strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with the ability to use independent judgment Prospective Employees must submit to and pass a Background check and drug screening prior to employment.
