This role is ideal for someone with cabinetry or millwork experience who enjoys working with numbers, drawings, and pricing. This position offers a clear path to Project Management based on performance, accuracy, and demonstrated understanding of our estimating and takeoff processes.

What You'll Do:

Perform detailed cabinetry and millwork takeoffs from architectural drawings Prepare accurate cost estimates and change orders Review drawings, specifications, and scopes for completeness Track project details, pricing revisions, and documentation Support project managers with pricing and scope clarification

What You Need:

Experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction estimating, or related field Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic estimating software Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Growth Opportunity:
