Looking to add another Project Estimator to our growing Team. TWe handle everything from single-location projects to multi-state rollout programs — channel letters, monument signs, EMCs, wayfinding, and full brand conversion packages. We're a tight-knit team where your work directly impacts the business, and where estimators aren't buried three layers deep in a corporate org chart. The Role We're looking for an experienced Estimator who knows the sign industry. You'll be responsible for building accurate, competitive estimates for commercial signage projects — from fabrication and permitting through installation. You'll work directly with our sales team, outside fabricators, and installation crews to price projects correctly the first time. This is a role for someone who can read a survey, interpret sign drawings, understand what it actually takes to fabricate and install a sign, and turn that into a number we can win work with — and make money on. What You'll Do Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial sign projects (channel letters, cabinet signs, monument signs, pylon signs, EMCs, interior signage, and vinyl/graphics) Review site surveys, sign drawings, and specifications to develop accurate scopes of work Solicit and evaluate pricing from fabricators, subcontractors, and material suppliers Estimate installation labor, equipment needs (crane, bucket truck), and site conditions Factor in permitting, engineering, and code requirements as part of project costs Work with sales to develop competitive proposals and respond to bid requests Track estimate accuracy against actual project costs and refine pricing over time Support project handoff to operations once jobs are awarded
What We're Looking For Required:

Preferred:
Experience estimating national rollout / multi-site programs Familiarity with sign permitting and municipal code requirements Experience working with outsourced fabrication partners Knowledge of UL sign standards and electrical signage components What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Stable, established company with a strong repeat-client base Direct access to ownership — your input matters here How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
