Job Description

An excellent company is seeking a Commercial Drywall Estimator/Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to advance their career with a respected leader in the industry.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Manage drywall projects from pre-construction through completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects goals are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients. Ensure adherence to building codes, safety, regulations, and company standards. Mentor and support team members to promote a collaborative work environment. Qualifications for
Drywall Project Manager:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial drywall installation and project management. Strong knowledge of drywall materials, techniques, and industry standards. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
