The company has experienced significant growth and maintains a strong backlog of repeat clients. Job Description Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and hard-bid estimates for industrial projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. Conduct quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis. Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives. Participate in client meetings and project handoffs. Experience estimating warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or similar projects. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods. Proficiency with estimating software and Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
