The company has experienced significant growth and maintains a strong backlog of repeat clients. Job Description Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and hard-bid estimates for industrial projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. Conduct quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis. Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives. Participate in client meetings and project handoffs.
