This energetic role combines in depth construction knowledge with technical estimation skills to drive quality renovation and construction projects. The ideal candidate will excel in the construction process, possess a keen eye for layout and detail, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Conduct detailed project estimations, including layout design, materials selection, and cost analysis using tools like Excel, SketchUp, Monday.com, and QuickBooks Collaborate with staff to determine what will be performed in house and what will be subcontracted Negotiate project scope, pricing, timing and terms with subcontractors Work with office staff, in house build team and subcontractors to manage project timelines, budgets, materials and supplies and with clients to ensure high level of communication and seamless execution from start to finish Maintain organized records of customer interactions, project estimates, sales pipelines, and account management details using company ERP software Skills Proven experience in residential and light commercial remodeling with a focus on remodeling and renovation projects Excellent skills in Excel, Word, CRM such as Monday.com, and QuickBooks Excellent negotiation skills with subcontractors, combined with the ability to manage in house staff Deep understanding of construction processes, material needs, project scope and budgeting, and renovation best practices Exceptional communication skills for customer service, inside sales, and team collaboration Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Remodeling Superintendent and Estimator if you're passionate about transforming spaces while delivering outstanding service.
