Job Description Estimator's Key Responsibilities:

Lead conceptual through hard-bid estimating, including takeoffs, pricing, bid leveling, and final submission Partner with design teams on budgeting and cost feedback throughout design development Solicit, scope, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and coverage Develop and maintain cost history, estimating databases, and assemblies Support implementation and optimization of estimating software and processes Review estimates with design, construction, and project teams to ensure scope and budget alignment Work directly with clients and design teams to provide conceptual pricing, value input, and detailed estimates MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The Successful Estimator:

2+ years of commercial GC estimating experience Strong understanding of preconstruction, estimating, and commercial construction Ability to collaborate with PMs, field teams, design partners, and senior leadership Proficient with industry-standard estimating software and construction technology Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Client-facing mindset with a focus on quality, transparency, and relationship building Driven to help grow the Indianapolis operation and take on increasing leadership responsibility long-term What's on Offer What's on the
