Commercial Painting Estimator Elite Pro Painting is looking for an experienced Commercial Painting Estimator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with: 5+ years of experience in the painting industry Current relationships with GC's are highly valued. Experience estimating and bidding commercial painting projects Experience bidding directly to General Contractors Existing relationships with GCs, property managers, facility managers and other commercial customers Strong understanding of commercial painting labor, materials, production and pricing Ability to read plans, specifications and scopes of work Strong communication and organizational skills A proven ability to win profitable work This isn't just another estimating job. $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
