Job Description We're looking for a motivated and dependable Roofing Sales / Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, estimating projects accurately, and helping customers through the roofing process from inspection to contract. Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Responsibilities & Duties Conduct roof inspections and evaluate storm or wear-related damage Measure roofs and prepare accurate estimates and proposals Meet with homeowners to explain findings, pricing, and project timelines Assist customers with insurance claims and documentation when applicable Follow up on leads and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process Close sales and hand off projects smoothly to the production team Maintain detailed records of inspections, estimates, and customer interactions Represent the company professionally at all times, in person and on job sites Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Basic computer skills (email, estimating software, CRM is a plus) Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Previous sales, construction, or roofing experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive commission structure with strong earning potential Training and ongoing support Growth opportunities within the company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Apply today to join a company that values honesty, hard work, and quality craftsmanship.
