Background estimating commercial, industrial, and ground-up projects.
Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
Experience with bidding, preconstruction, proposal development, and budget creation.

$90,000 - $130,000Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our preconstruction and estimating team. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive electrical estimates for commercial, industrial and ground-up construction projects, supporting bidding and proposal efforts, and ensuring estimates comply with project specifications and the NEC.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical takeoffs from plans, specs, and schematics for commercial, industrial, and ground-up projects.Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and bids including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
