Job Description

ARE YOU AN ESTIMATOR CONSIDERING A CHANGE?
?? A long time client, and highly respected general contractor has a RARE opening for an Estimator. This company elevates your project list, and will provide you with a clear path to growth. This company prides is self on giving each and every one of their clients the best experience possible from planning to completion. They have over $100M in backlog! And the Estimator position is a cornerstone for the clarity and value that this company brings to the table.
Estimator Responsibilities:
Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
Estimator Qualifications:
1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is Strongly Preferred Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
