The ideal candidate will possess experience in site/civil estimating and project management. This role involves preparing accurate civil quantity takeoff, cost estimates, managing bid processes, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs using InSite Software and other programs as necessary Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation. Prepare accurate estimates using InEight Estimate. Prepare professional, comprehensive, and detailed bid proposals that include labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs. Manage the bidding process from initial inquiry through submission, ensuring timely delivery of estimates. Manage successfully bid projects from start to completion, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgets. Review and analyze contracts, change orders, and scope modifications for impact on project costs. Manage multiple projects and bids simultaneously. Experience Experience in site/civil quantity takeoff is required. Experience in estimating processes and software is required. Experience in site/civil project management is preferred. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials pricing, labor rates, and project management principles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal personnel and external partners.
