You'll spend your time helping homeowners understand their remodeling options and creating customized solutions that fit their home and budget. Daily Responsibilities Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments Inspect homes and evaluate remodeling needs Build trust through consultative, relationship-focused selling Present product options and educate homeowners Measure projects accurately Prepare detailed project proposals Explain financing options Close sales and secure signed contracts Follow up with prospective customers Maintain accurate CRM notes Coordinate with office staff and project managers Attend weekly sales meetings and training Stay current on products, installation methods, and promotions We're Looking For Someone Who Has Required ✔ Previous in-home sales experience ✔ Home remodeling sales experience preferred ✔ Experience selling products such as: Windows Siding Roofing Bathroom remodels Exterior remodeling Construction Home improvement ✔ Strong closing skills ✔ Excellent communication ✔ Professional appearance ✔ Self-motivated ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Valid driver's license ✔ Comfortable working evenings and some Saturdays Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves helping homeowners improve their homes Builds trust naturally Is organized and detail-oriented Enjoys working independently Can manage multiple appointments each week Is confident presenting large remodeling projects Takes pride in earning referrals and repeat business Wants unlimited earning potential
