This role combines creative design expertise with energetic sales skills to deliver personalized solutions that exceed client expectations. You will engage with clients throughout the entire remodeling process, from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Duties Engage with customers in retail and inside sales environments to understand their remodeling needs and present tailored countertop solutions. Read blueprints or cabinet plans to generate accurate layout estimates using pricing software. Conduct product demos and explain features to clients, emphasizing quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, upselling premium products, and providing expert advice on renovation and fixture selections. Oversee projects from material hold to slab layout approval, template scheduling and final invoice collection. Work with fabrication and installation team to verify project timeline. Maintain organized records using CRM systems for client follow-ups, account management, and marketing efforts. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales or retail sales within the renovation or construction industry. 2+ years in kitchen/bath showroom sales, design or countertop industry sales Familiarity with natural stone, engineered stone and other countertop materials Knowledge of remodeling processes, construction sales, fixture sales, tile, and interior layout design. Ability to read architectural blueprints, architectural drawings and cabinet layouts. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in client communication and project management. Basic math skills for measurements, pricing calculations, and estimating project costs. Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike.

Pay:

From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 - 40.0 per week
