Assistant Estimator

We are seeking an Assistant Estimator to join our team! Partin Roofing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Estimator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates in Construction Management or related fields who are looking to start a career in estimating and project management within the roofing industry. The Assistant Estimator will support senior estimators in preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project plans, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial roofing projects Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations Solicit and track vendor and subcontractor pricing Maintain and update project cost databases and spreadsheets Support bid submissions and proposal preparation Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members Assist with job handoff to project management team after contract award

Qualifications:
