Commercial Flooring & Construction Estimator

Job Description:

Commercial Flooring / Construction Estimator Fairway Flooring is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring / Construction Estimator to join our team. Applicant must have prior experience in commercial flooring and/or commercial construction and be capable of reviewing plans, preparing takeoffs, and producing accurate project estimates.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00

PM Pay:

Starting at $45,000 annually, based on experience Responsibilities Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform material takeoffs and prepare project estimates Solicit and coordinate vendor/subcontractor pricing Prepare and submit bid proposals in a timely manner Communicate with general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders regarding scope and pricing Conduct site visits and field measurements as needed Assist with project turnover to operations after award Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in commercial flooring and/or construction estimating Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
