The Service Estimator / Technical Estimator will provide technical estimates for repairs, equipment replacements and small mechanical projects on HVAC equipment, controls, refrigeration, piping, sheet metal, and BAS. This Service Estimator / Technical Estimator should be coming from a commercial HVAC background with consideration for new equipment/service estimator or technicians/engineers who might be looking to make a move into this type of role. Technical Estimator Role:

Provide technical estimates for repairs, equipment replacements and small mechanical projects on HVAC equipment, controls, refrigeration, piping, sheet metal, and BAS Review technician recommendations, inspection reports and service findings Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times and equipment availability Work closely with Service Managers and field personnel to clarify scope, identify solutions Able to commute to the office in Shreveport, Louisiana Service Estimator /

Technical Estimator Requirements:

Experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical service, estimating, service coordination or related industry Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and repair processes Ability to read equipment specifications, blueprints and technical documentation Experience using estimating or service management software preferred Able to commute to the office in
