85% repeat client rate-strong indicator of trust and satisfaction. Job Description Manage daily on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost estimates. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all construction regulations. Ensure high-quality standards are upheld throughout the construction process. Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders and project managers. Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve any issues promptly. Oversee material deliveries and inventory management on-site. The Successful Applicant A successful High End Residential Superintendent should have: Experience with managing high-end residential construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges effectively. Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
