This role is ideal for someone who understands multiple trades, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently build accurate, competitive project estimates. What You'll Do Review incoming work requests and project opportunities to develop accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to assess conditions, take measurements, and confirm project scope Prepare estimates for: Small service jobs, repairs, and replacements (including MEP work) Larger projects such as full unit rehabs, commercial buildouts, and exterior work Identify scope gaps, risks, and value-engineering opportunities Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and internal teams Manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously What We're Looking For 3+ years of estimating experience in construction, property services, or a related field Strong knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general construction) Ability to read blueprints and specs—and define scope when plans are incomplete High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Valid driver's license (site visits required)
