We work on diverse projects ranging from commercial to multifamily. We are seeking an established Estimator to join our growing team. Job Description The Estimator will be responsible for Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project specifications and collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information. Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value-engineering solutions. Monitor market trends and pricing to provide up-to-date cost data. Support contract negotiations by providing precise cost breakdowns. The Successful Applicant A successful Estimator should have: Experience with construction estimating and cost analysis. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of industry-standard estimating software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A collaborative approach to working with teams and stakeholders.
