Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include: 3-5+ years in commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction estimating Greater Boston cost knowledge, including familiarity with union and non-union labor Lead bidding and cost analysis for a newly established Boston construction department Oversee takeoffs, subcontractor bids, and value engineering Support project handoffs with accurate, well-documented estimating Experience estimating commercial and residential redevelopment projects, including historic building conversions Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, Procore, or Bluebeam; advanced Excel required
Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus annual project performance bonuses.
