Exciting and large scale government projects averaging 70,000 sq ft per project Annual bonus up to 20% About Our Client My client is a highly specialized government contractor and is looking for a Project Manager to support their continued growth. With 20+ years in business, a strong pipeline of secure federal projects, and project values exceeding $70M, they offer long-term stability, complex project exposure, and a collaborative, solution-focused environment. Job Description Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate budget alignment. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities within project plans. Prepare and present comprehensive estimate reports to stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs. Provide support during project bidding and negotiation phases. Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful Estimator should have: Experience with construction estimating processes and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and analyze technical documents like blueprints and drawings. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $135,000. Comprehensive benefits package to be determined.
